We would like to introduce a case study that achieved maximum beer recovery with minimal energy consumption. Since 2015, a brewery in Europe has been using our "Brew 701 eMotion" as a device for beer clarification. Additionally, since the brewery injects yeast to recover beer, a separator is also necessary to remove a large amount of solids from the beer. Our product perfectly meets this challenging requirement, allowing for beer clarification up to 99.9%, which minimizes the load on the filters. Moreover, the eMotion technology enables us to keep power consumption very low.
